A new study published in the British Journal of Ophthalmology, has found that drinking a cup of tea at least once a day can reduce the risk of Glaucoma in a person. Glaucoma is an eye disease which damages the optic nerve and causes vision loss. It damages the optic nerve by forming a fluid pressure inside the eye.
